I feel like I haven't blogged in days- oh wait, I haven't! LOL ... our Internet was down yesterday, so it was a long day for me :) .. but it's back up and running today and I have lots to update on!
Friday- Tyler, Caleb and I all went to the river! It was a blast! Caleb fished while Tyler and I got in the water and just enjoyed the evening on the river bank. Can't wait to do it again sometime soon! Mom and Dad also came out to visit us. That is when Caleb got a fishing partner- my dad! lol
Saturday- Tyler and I hung around the house all morning. That afternoon we went to the river. For dinner dad made pork steaks and brats. It was a fun evening!
Sunday- I went to church and took Tyler with me. That afternoon/evening we went to the river again. Dad grilled steaks and I made a new recipe- foil pack potatoes- I'll post the recipe soon! It was, yet another, fun evening!
Monday- Memorial Day- I made blueberry muffins and scrambled eggs for breakfast. Mid-morning mom and I went to the river to get some work done at the 'old cabin'. We worked like crazy and then jumped in the river! That evening we went back to the river to swim and have dinner. Dad bought some chicken from the deli- I love their chicken!
Yesterday- was just an ordinary day. I made homemade crunch wrap supremes- will post the recipe for that later too!
This week....
Today- Caleb and I are going to the river. I want to trim some more limbs and make the beds. I also want to show Caleb the cave and some other stuff out there too.
Thursday-Friday- no plans.
