Saying Goodbye

Since our pictures turned out so awful, I wanted to take a few more on Tuesday. Malinda had the flu, so she isn't in any of these :(

I was very impressed with how much he warmed up to them. He's usually so shy, but it didn't take too long for him to get used to them. I think it helps that we have pictures up of her, and he reads her Goodnight Moon recordable book a lot too.

It was a struggle to get him to sit still!

It's always sad saying goodbye. But I like to think of it as more of a "see you soon" kind of thing. Since we email all the time, and she reads this blog (she was the reason I started this blog:).

So it seems like we see her more frequently than once a year. But there's nothing like seeing her in person either.

I'm just thankful to still have her around. She really is the best Grandma, and I've learned so much from her.
